Reports

We design our programs with an intricate report module. This report module allows the user to easily select a Report Type (or report category), then select a specific report.

The user can then specify criteria.  Criteria may include date or other types of criteria.  To keep things simple, only applicable criteria is highlighted, allowing for the most user friendly way to build your reports.

The user can then choose one of five output formats:

  1. Print Preview
  2. Print
  3. Output to an Excel file
  4. Output to an RTF (Word) file
  5. PDF format.

This allows the user to achieve the highest degree of flexibility when trying to get output from the system.

All reports are designed with the end user and ease of reading in mind and tested for accuracy.
