Getting Started

It is as easy as 1-2-3!

1.)  Put some thought into the program

You don't need to specify all of the details, just think in general what you want your program to do.

"I want to track my customers, and their invoices.  I would like to track my inventory and my specialized products with bar codes and..."

2.)  Write down the specifications

Write down what data you want to track, how you would like it to track it, and what features you would like to have within the program itself.

"Since most of our customers have repeat identical orders, it would be nice to have duplicate order button that would automatically create..."

3.)  Contact us by phone 804.740.5102 or e-mail

We will take a look at your specifications and give you an estimate for your project.   If you would like, we can offer the service of creating the specifications for you.   Sometimes it is easier to get a database person in on the front end to help you with the foundational ideas.

Once we begin your project, we will give you a delivery date for the initial program.  From then on, updates will come by e-mail as the enhancements and fine tune adjustments are made.  You will start getting excited about checking your e-mail again!
